Dr. Azadeh Farahi was born in Bijar in 1961. After completing her undergraduate education in medicine at Tehran University of medical sciences and her ophthalmology specialty training at Shahid Beheshti University, she began her professional career in 1994 with completing her residency in Kordestan. She completed her subspecialty training in “Oculoplastics, Strabismus, Orbit, Lacrimal Duct” at Shahid Beheshti University and joined Noor Ophthalmology Complex in 2000.
Dr. Azadeh Farahi performs surgeries, such as plastic eye surgery, ptosis (droopy eyelid) surgery, lacrimal duct surgery, orbital surgery, strabismus surgery, cataract surgery, and refractive surgery at Noor Eye Hospital, the best subspecialty ophthalmology center in Iran.
