Dr. Reza Motiei is a skilled and experienced board-certified urologist. He ranked 95th in Iran’s highly-competitive nationwide university entrance exam and received his medical degree from Iran University of Medical Sciences, one of the largest & best medical universities in Iran. He completed his Urology residency at Gilan University of Medical Sciences and then embarked on several years of intensive postgraduate training in surgery and urology. He is a member of the Iranian Urological Association (IUA) and The European Association of Urology (EAU).
Dr. Motiei’s areas of expertise include: Supine PCNL, an effective and safe procedure in high-risk and obese patients and allows simultaneous management of ureteral and kidney stones and diseases, Prone PCNL, allows a wide field for kidney puncture/ avoids abdominal visceral injuries/ and makes the puncture pathway short and straight, laparoscopy, endourology, stone and oncologic diseases, general and minimally invasive urology. He is an expert surgeon in treatment of Prostate, Adrenal and Kidney diseases (including cancer) as well as Pediatric diseases and Infertility.
