Dr. Masoud Shirvani was born in Esfshan in 1958. After completing his undergraduate education in medicine and his neurosurgery specialty training at Esfahan University of Medical Sciences, he began his professional career with completing his residency in Esfahan. He completed his subspecialty training in the field of “skull base surgery” and “ Stereotactic surgery” in the center of I.N.I in Germany. He accomplished the course of the brain endoscopy of the skull base in Switzerland.

He is the member of the board of Neurosurgical Society of Iran.

Dr. Masoud Shirvani has performed more than 3,500 surgeries in brain tumors, 4,000 spinal surgery and 1000 surgeries in pituitary tumors.
